The European Consumer Centres have been established in order to make consumers feel as comfortable as at home while making purchases in other European Union countries. In Estonia The European Consumer Centre has been established within the Consumer Protection Board. This centre belongs to the cross-border network of the European Consumer Centres Network.
Purpose of the European Consumer Centre of Estonia is to raise awareness of consumers, which makes it possible to take an advantage of the opportunities provided by the internal market.
The European Consumer Centre of Estonia protects consumer rights in case of cross-border purchases. Sevices of the centre are free for consumers.
