The European Commission and Deloitte are conducting a study on tools designed to facilitate switching and cross-border opening of payment accounts on the EU payment accounts market.

In this context, the European Commission is interested in analysing the supply and demand for cross-border opening and switching of bank accounts across Europe. This survey aims to better understand stakeholders’ interest in cross-border opening and switching of bank accounts. Your opinion is highly valuable in this regard and will help the European Commission to better understand consumers’ needs and potentially adjust its legal framework in consequence.
